City Loft is a signature urban renovation project that transforms a former industrial warehouse into an elegant, open, and light-filled living space in the heart of Dakar. The goal: to preserve the raw character of the original structure while introducing modern comfort, clean lines, and functional design.

The loft combines high-quality materials (steel, solid wood, exposed brick) with minimalist architecture, featuring fluid circulation and generous volumes. Natural light floods the main living space through a large glass façade opening onto a private inner courtyard.
